Concawe is the voice of European Petroleum Refining, Supply & Distribution, highlighting the sector’s value to the EU economy and its citizens. Concawe’s mission is to conduct research and provide impartial scientific information to: improve understanding of the environmental, health, safety and economic performance aspects of both petroleum refining and the distribution and sustainable use of refined products; help the development of technically feasible and cost-effective policies and legislation within the EU; and enable informed decision-making and cost-effective legislative compliance by our members.
